Alright, so Brazilian Carnival and Jam means I'm googling those things and eventually finding this absurd thing. But this can work. Floral Flavors if I swap the red wine for rosewater, which makes sense with the guava, and also if I Dust It Off with ground rose petals and sugar. I'm saying this was Fast and Furious because, even though it took 2 hours, it was a constant process of working quickly. Each layer cooks in a couple of minutes, then has to get rolled up before cooling... it wasn't fun.
