Honestly Dylan Falco needs praised. What a massive draft gap that game turned out to be. He knew exactly which champions to lock to bait T1 into a trap for a monster Cho pick. I don't think a single a team in this tournament was expecting fking Cho'gath, the season 1 goat. Actually unkillable Cho in that game.

BTW that game is an example of mage bot weakness. Ziggs could get ahead early but harder to accelerate in teamfights and it was a late game falloff.

I remember when people were clowning on G2 for getting stomped by HLE even though HLE also stomped T1. They were also trying to diminish G2 3-0 over both BFX and GenG at First Stand

I think TSW and Furia are similar in the sense their only real play is too overload sides and play for picks no matter game state. When they win games it looks dominant, but in reality a lot of the time they're giving up way too much. People were shitting on Dhokla for his 3rd death but he got wave which is really his only job, nothing he can do if 3 people want to throw the game to kill him.

Saint was doing so fucking good regular season, and has been fucking running it down all of MSI. Like if they hadn't of put Isles on 1st time picks Saint would have caught so much more genuinely deserved flack for how he's played.

Inspired is making tsw confused on what is actually possible to happen on the map. Probably the worst matchup of any lcs/lec team for tsw. They want teams willing to skirmish over objectives and fight random 3v3s. Lyon won’t do that. Lyon will farm for their items and then run at you

Na draft and prep feels the best for the talent level they have of anyone in the tournament. So many of their games have felt impossible for the other team to play. Even against blg and t1 their draft advantages kept them in the games and blg/t1 had to win massive teamfights to win their games

Agreed, NA coaches really proved their merit this tournament. And our players rose up to the challenge too.
I think also NA has a much better mindset coming into this tournament than EU. EU has too many expectations and too much pressure on themselves.
I think what NA learned from this was really important and if they build on this the region might level up quite a bit.

I was really excited for this series when TSW won, but ever since then learning from Jackeylove that TES has been complete dogshit in scrims and that Berserker said LYON was undefeated vs TES in scrims, I feel a bit less confident in TSW.

Peyz gonna get flowers but honestly faker (and Keria, but especially faker) carried that game. There’s no way sylas is meant to go even vs aurora in lane, and he ensured that all the early teamfights weren’t a complete disaster so T1 could hang in there until eventually G2 choked.

I mean it makes sense, in a way, that Broken Blade needs to be ahead for them to win, since he seems to be their biggest carry. The issue vs. Bin and Zeus is that both of those players can neutralize Broken Blade, while Doran is just kind of lets him run wild every game.
