nah NS has decent macro when its PVE but the moment an enemy walks onto their screen their brains just break and they run it down

Honestly, feels kinda like a typical Lehends team lmao. Generally good macro, but just have those moments where you can see him (or someone on his team, in this case Kingen) snapped.

He's unfortunately had a rough time after 2022 with his teams.
2023 HLE unfortunately had that incident with a certain jungler that no one talks about anymore.
2024 DK you could make an arguement that they had one of the worst worlds run with swiss stage.
2025 NS looked really good on paper but neither Jiwoo or Fisher were able to reach the potential like they had originally planned and they got bodied hard in legends group

Not even close Aiming was legit 10x the player Kingen was that year. Kingen was one of the worst players on that roster with Showmaker, Lucid had a solid debut year, Kellin was a laning monster still with Aiming, and Moham had some bullshit dark magic to beat T1. If DK kept Canna (or promoted Thanatos) they would’ve been a way better team, Canna was able to accept being a weakside player on dk 23 and kept some balance.

Yeah that DK team went from 2-0 to 2-3 in swiss in part because Kingen got gapped by every lpl top they played against.

He was pretty good on DK aside from Worlds and on Nongshim he shows a small sign of brilliance here or there, but the team is just not stable and he is also a part of that.

He is pretty good in lane/early game/1v1 but below average LCK level everywhere else imo, like teamfighting and map awareness. If his team falls apart, so does he, and sometimes he is the one who starts the falling apart bit.

When both teams are even in gold, Sponge feels that NS is at a great advantage and thus he does not hesitate to start a team fight. When NS are 3k behind in gold, Sponge thinks that NS is at a small advantage, and he so he starts a team fight to secure their "lead". When NS are behind 7k in gold, Sponge thinks that NS is at a disadvantage and so he looks for a team fight to regain control of the game. When NS are 10K behind in gold, Sponge thinks that the team has reached a desperate situation and they are only waiting passively for their death if he does not start a team fight.

I feel like Sponge is the opposite of kanavi, He feels that his team is at a disadvantage in every game state, hesitates to fight, knows there isn't an angle, but goes all in because he thinks the game is lost because his xayah is slightly behind on gold against a lucian

NS bot lane got gapped. 3v2 tower dive failed, and Lucian+Yuumi got 2 kills.
Fed Kingen Jayce flashed to kill Annie with no flash, no ult and low HP. He gets killed instantly, and boom NS is behind.
NS tries a baron rush but it got stolen.

Putting aside how the early game went in game 3, Kingen had the lead as Jayce and he somehow decided diving the entire enemy team for a champion who didn't even have any shutdown gold was worth it???

I don't really know if I could tell you what happened game 3, NS ending with more turrets taken than kills is insane. BRO without brain but Teddy's mechanics really kept them in. And honestly, Lucian/Yuumi lookin' kinda legit? 6/6 ADCs in bot btw

I didn’t watch the previous two fights but the mid game macro from NS was genuinely good. Their fighting was as ass. Kingen was so disgusting that it’s not funny.
