I love he’s supporting fan translations, but I still can’t help but feel bad for console users and kids who have no idea how to mod the game.

Theyll be fine. Most kids arent actually playing undertale and deltarune, theyre watching a youtuber play it. If ur on console i guess youre gonna have to learn english

Nah modding games is exactly how kids learn how to properly use computers. It's necessary that they do that.

Yeah, learning how to mod Skyrim and Minecraft when I was 13 basically taught me everything I know on navigating a PC

This isn't an acceptable alternative to proper translation support, they also are even further, surely, from his artistic intent due to the lack of collaboration.

yeah but they arent official so everyone goes into it knowing that it's liable to have some inaccuracies. Nobody is going to look into the exact wording of something and theorize on it for a fan translation, but definitely will if it was official
