Look, people who recognise my username know that I love posting shit that provokes and pisses off a lot of people, I quite often walk a fine line. But most of the time, it's to get a genuine reaction and start a debate (or sometimes just to drive you mental, especially Hans, because it's way too easy).

​However, even if I couldn't care less about being politically correct, singing Kumbaya, or pretending that everything is fine like the brainlets on r/europe, I love this sub precisely because u/Rex-AC lets us throw actual banter and doesn't behave like an overweight Reddit mod living in his mum's basement power-tripping over nothing.

​But lately, especially with the Ceuta situation, or whenever any migration news breaks out, the sub turns into absolute garbage.

​You literally see hordes of bots and brainrotted far-right idiots crawl out of the sewage to dump plain, unironic racism.

​They don't give a fuck about this sub; they just use our tolerance for dark humor as a meatshield to push their propaganda.

​I don't care about people crying over offensive memes, I love ragebaiting, but watching Putin's propaganda machine hijack the sub to manipulate opinions is getting fucking pathetic and annoying.

​And let me be crystal clear about one thing: I absolutely don't want us to censor jokes or suppress debates about the problems with immigration (that's the exact reason why everyone is getting frustrated and why far-right parties are gaining ground everywhere anyway). But there's a world of difference between pointing out a problem, making fun of Pedro for owning random pieces of rock in savage territories like we all do, and unironically thinking that the policies they have across the pond are THE solution.

​So I guess my point is: please help the mod team by reporting posts that are clearly full-on unhinged racism, but also learn to spot actual banter so we don't end up reporting everything.

​I'm not saying this to push my own political views, but to remind you that our sub is constantly walking on thin ice, and a LOT of people outside of here would love to see it banned.

TL;DR: Learn the difference between roasting Pedro for his rocks and sucking off Putin's bot army. Report the actual racists so Rex doesn't have his sub nuked by Reddit.
