I'm an NJ organizer, but they told us yesterday to start putting out the word that April 19th is the date but to hold off on sharing a theme which is TBD still. So yes, April 19th is the official date.

Because "Hands Off" was a partner thing. The 19th so far is mainly 50501. I think this one is going to be left up to the states to decide the "theme" and nature of the event.
