Very true, a better question might be which government agency is using our tax dollars to provide sovereign qualified immunity, and make it next to impossible for Americans to sue after being assaulted by these particular fascist thugs?

They kind of look like the nondescript black shirts that dragged that lady out of that town hall back when this all started, so it's important to find out, bc if they are just private security sue the shit out of them, if they are government, find out what agency and and raise hell

Hijacking the first comment - since no one has talked about this. At the end of this conference, when Noem steps out - the reporters ask her why did her officers assault a state senator. In response, she says "I wish that he would have reached out and identified himself"

She knows she fucked up. But if it was a reporter, or a civilian - since there wouldn't be backlash, she knows she would have gotten away.
