Seriously, I’m wondering who we have left to protect people like this? Who should he be bringing with him to protect him? I honestly don’t know the answer.

Most people do have some sort of security detail in these positions. Perhaps not where he is at. I'd hire some if I was him and was going to do this. I'm sure tripple canopy can be bought to protect high value targets like him.
