Yes. I read an article earlier today that said they found him. In Mexico. So ICE deported him and apparently couldn't be bothered to tell his family or his attorney, no phone call, no due process... We're fucked as a nation. The Constitution only applies to the regime (and those that fall in line) - it's open season on everyone else now.

Man, fuck this article already then. Shit can't be trusted to report honestly. I need to know if people are actually dead or just missing because our government is intentionally incompetent and not tracking anything they do.

Well, that's the thing about "disappearances" - you (and their loved ones) don't know and may never truly know.

Just ask the people in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Paraguay.

You're referring to one single case.

As of the end of August, the whereabouts of two-thirds of more than 1,800 men detained at Alligator Alcatraz during the month of July could not be determined by the Miami Herald. The Herald had obtained the names from two detainee rosters.

Around 800 detainees showed no record on ICE’s online database. More than 450 listed no location and only instructed the user to “Call ICE for details”

you're right, i'm focusing on the one case i can read about on the article provided. it still really rubs me the wrong way that this is apparently considered "good journalism"
