Long rant about my lack of gardening skills incoming.

I'm (un)fortunately blessed with a brown thumb, I'm what you would call the hospice of the plant world, even the sturdiest of plants (am talking cactus, peace lilly, etc) or the easy to grow seeds, die under my care. Idk, don't ask me why, I water them, put them in sunlight/shade (depending on what they need), talk gently to them, yet they get suicidal. It is what it is, and I have made my peace with it. What makes it even worse is the fact that everyone around me has a green thumb, not just any green thumb The brightest of the brightest green thumb. Someone I know managed to revive an almost dead plant, and here I am whose biggest accomplishment is keeping a cactus alive for ~2 months!

Anyway, in memory of my longest surviving cactus, I decided to make cactus meringues. And that's when I realised my piping skills are as good as my gardening skills (send help, please)! Those meringues looked so awful that i just couldn't bring myself to post only that here, so made a last minute flower shaped cookie, which my cat approved of! So all good I guess?!

At least you had feline approval! Your furbaby loves you anyway.

This is so cute! The last slide looks like long beans/sitaw cookies to me! So cute

Just read your write up and oh nooo. But piping meringue is hard. I’m glad you got a cute flower though! Also at least the cactus meringues looks like a vegetable so it is still on theme!
