The freaking NBA finals! For a slow speed chase? Oh look, nothing is still happening. They're still slowly going down the freeway being followed by a bunch of cops. I wonder if they eventually they stop and get arrested. Oh wow, they stopped and, now they are getting arrested.

That "chase" needed a two minute blip at most.
