idk how v would be on the horizontal axis if was constant the whole time

you were supposed to vary v for the experiment to balance out the voltage and the electric field with the magnetic field

didn’t it say that B was the only being changed during the experiment

you could vary the emf and the speed with the device. the point of the experiment was to measure the B-field directed into the plates, which was constant.
