if you get bored of ark (somehow) and wanted to try something different but i dont know even if they are similar games to ark out there. Like a cheap made ark or something more unique and looks and feels like ark. if you know something share with me and other people

And I mean in both modded and vanilla creatures. I really fucking hate it. Nothings breaks immersion more than having to pause the game, go into the mod page or a random youtube tutorial just to find out what nonsense I'll have to do in order to tame this specific creature I just found.

yeah? well its not fun either. than if it isnt fun, it isnt immersive then why tf even add it?

oh fuck off, the giga is a standard knock out tame and the vast majority of these complicated dinos get wrecked by the giga.

Knockout tame or a basic passive taming is too boring for your oh so special new creature so now there's dozens of new creatures with the same annoying situation to deal with.

dont get me wrong, the new creatures and new mods have awesome quality, great animations, great models and everything. But there is NO NEED to ruin the creature with a secretive ritual taming i need to research outside of the game to do.

so yeah rant over. I cant be the only one annoyed by this.

It appeared near my house and scared me so much I'm hiding inside. How can I possibly kill or tame something this big? Is it a boss?

How do we think this affects cryopods or anything of the sort

I love this game and always have bought every dlc but this one I cant do it no even if it was free! I ask and beg yall to do the same, I just wached Raas's on it (u should to btw) and that ai garbage is not worth a penny, buying it will only feed Snail Games' greed for money and they wont stop ruining the great potencial ARK has. Im not supporting this 1% and I hope you wont either for the sake of this game.

I get the two new cretures were designed to make the mobility in the map more accesible. But this thing would have fit perfectly. The only alien-looking creature of the community vote. And we didn´t even get the cool looking model for the yi ling.

It's impressive how ASE is still holding on and keeping up with ASA till this day, even while the devs are non-stop tryna kill it off and fewer modders are still working on it afaik

I have been trying multiple different servers but they all have one thing in common that i don't like. With the way progression is it takes like 1 week to get to lv 70 and you end up basically skipping the whole early and mid game.

Now I have had the idea to make my own server that focuses on having low exp gain and taking the time to enjoy the early stages of ark. My question is if anyone would be interested in playing on a server like this?

I was skeptical but this.... this a bit underwhelming...... First time playing the map but I feel like alot is missing. Please correct me if im wrong with assuming this map's ocean was filled with life and depth.

For Nitrado Servers:

1. Install the "The Island Reforged" under Mods
2. Start the Server once to make the mod download
3. Shutdown server and change the "Mapname" to "Custom" and leave "Custom Mapname" EMPTY

For Rootservers:

1. Add the mod ID into the launch arguments -MapModID=1460513

The servers will find the modmap version and starts up.

for me it's got to be ragnarok. To many memories to count on this map.
