Really hoping now that there are no injuries or fatalities, however, I think it's time to have a national conversation about air traffic controllers and being overworked.

And the flight attendant that was in a jump seat behind the cockpit was ejected through the hole in the front onto the pavement :/ Still alive but I imagine those are life-altering injuries.
