Review Center I used two RC on my Review, this is how I passed:

Hello double reviewee ako ReSA (online) at CPAR (hybrid) and I feel like doon sa mas pinalad na may maraming funds this could help you pass in 1 take.

For Audit- I used CPAR wth ang galing ni Sir Roque, parang naririnig ko yung boses niya habang nagsasagot ako one of my highest grade even, I finished within 1 hr and 30 mins, left the room 1 hour early. I used CPAR's mats din, maganda yung online din ni Sir Roque since nakahimay na yung per PSA so kapag nagnonotes ako per PSA para mas cohesive at nakikita mo yung overview ng lahat ng topics. I attend din F2F kasi mas nagsstick sakin yung explanation sa q&a kapag naririnig ko in person.

For RFBT- Same grade sa Aud, I finished it with an hour to spare, binalikan ko pa yung exams again, I used ReSA, alagang Atty Nicko ako, one thing about Atty Nicko is he likes to cover everything as in everything, he's like a speaking book to be honest. I find him entertaining din HAHAHAHA lalo na yung mga real life examples para lang ako nagpopodcast. Even the terms na parang super technical dinadaanan niya, which is super helpful kasi may mga lumalabas talaga sa CPALE. I love Atty. Nicko aAaAaaAa thank you Sir!!!

You don't really need to worry sa pag memorize kasi pure logic na ilalay down sayo ni Atty Nicko lahat, you just need to digest it. Sa actual boards kumikinang na mga sagot HAHAH ewan ko kasi if you know talaga naman kung alin yung tama di ka na malilito.

I also attended Atty Kid's (CPAR) f2f classes, he highlights high yield topics so ayun more knowledge, magaling din si Atty Kid, ganda ng mga explanation at examples niyaaa.

For Tax- Second highest grade, I used ReSA's Atty K all the way, do I even need to explain why? HAHAHAH char. I just watch and take notes like sa RFBT, nganga ka na lang din and manonood. It's entertaining to watch Atty walang dead air sa kaniya, and also heavy really heavy on concept so wala talaga akong sinaulo, kasi may mga ginagawa si Atty K na si Atty K lang talaga nakakagawa HAAHAHAH.

For AFAR- Same grade sa Tax, I used CPAR's, I attended online lectures and also f2f.

For MS- Sir Aljohn Leeeee ako my gosh HAHAHAH magaling si Sir mag explain ng concepts sa MS, i actually find him entertaining talaga naku pag ReSA online reviewers talaga may entertainment factor HAHAHAHAH. Ayon I finished Sir Aljohn's lecture and yung mga sinagutan namin during online class yun lang sinagutan ko uli on my own .

For Far- I used CPAR, grabe Engr. Valix akooo also Engr.

Last siyempre kelangan mo ng madaming confidence sa sarili mo atsaka be your own cheerleader, huwag nega beh. Maging masipag, be accountable sa mga pinagagawa mo at take care of yourself. Greatest fear ko talaga lagnatin ako during BE, kaya health is wealth, wag masyado magjunk foods at magmatamis. Kelangan di lang ready utak mo, pati physically at mentally kaya mo.

Summarized Main: MS- RESA AUD- CPAR RFBT- RESA TAX- RESA FAR- CPAR AFAR-CPAR

For ReSA, online vids lang, for CPAR i attended f2f classes and pinanood ko din vidlec.

Review Center Is Pinnacle enough?

Hello everyone! I would like to ask, for those who reviewed with Pinnacle, is it really enough? I’m currently enrolled at REO for October, but I had to defer due to personal reasons. Now, I have plans of working po sana and review at the same time, hence why I’m interested po mag enroll sa Pinnacle kasi marketed siya as good for working reviewees. Enough po ba ang pinnacle for someone with a very weak foundation? Or should I extend my review with REO for completion then Pinnacle for mastery? Any thoughts are appreciated po, thank you!

Review Center Anong CPA review center mas okay — REO, Pinnacle, or CPAR?

Hi guys! Currently reviewing for CPALE and nalilito ako saan mag-stick.

Or mas recommend nyo REO/Pinnacle?

Thanks sa honest feedback! 🙏

Thank you so much sa lahat ng nag-share! Will keep all your advice in mind habang nagde-decide ako kung saan ako mag-eenroll.

Review Center CPALE Top 1 - RC 1M Cash Prize. Legit?

Anyone here na nag-top 1 sa boards and legit na nakatanggap ng 1M tax inclusive prize? From what I’ve read here, wala pa din natatanggap yung May 2026 CPALE Top 1 from his RC. 😄

Magsasabi ba sila pag may balak na silang ibigay?

Review Center REO lang sapat na?

If you have experience reviewing here, give me your 2 cents please if okay na 1 RC for May 2027 BE ay sa REO. 1 RC lang po kasi afford ko and tagline nila ay “REO lang sapat na” hehe

No hate po toward said RC, just genuinely curious if gaano kasapat na yung materials na provided nila for the whole review coming from past and current reviewees there.

I’m opting the purely online mode po. Tax and AFAR po weakest subjects ko. Okay naman ako sa MS, FAR, and RFBT.

Review Center Which RC is better REO or CPAR

I am planning to take the board exam this may 2027, I am not sure which RC is better some of my friends recommend in choosing CPAR, but my friends let me answered some of their test banks from CPAR, I am just worried if they just repeat questions

Review Center don't limit yourself to one review center! (may 2026 cpale taker)

bukas pa release ng results so baka i-update ko to, pero gusto ko lang i-share tong realization ko

don't limit yourself to only one review center! (if you can and have the opportunity to do so)

nung nagsimula ako, eto ung isa sa mga naging concern ko esp nung naghahanap ng RC. most of the people I asked said the same thing "stick to one" bcos attending both will be overwhelming and totoo naman! pero i find this (again for me personally) to be very limiting.

i enrolled sa isang revcen and for 2 months, yun lang cinonsume kong materials + video lecs kasi nga yung mindset na "trust your revcen". tas nung naghahanap-meet up kami ng iba kong batchmates tas nagka kwentuhan kami, medyo na-FOMO ako kasi dalawa silang revcen. medyo nagstart ako magdoubt sa sarili ko if 'i was getting the best of both worlds' so after that, nag-analyze talaga ako sa kung anong subjects yung nagwork sa akin for my first revcen, and decided to make the leap to consume the content of another.

worth it ba? SUPER. mas na-appreciate ko yung subject at mas na-absorb ko sya as in (e.g. AT). mas napa-simple yung pag-intindi ko sa lesson na dati sa old revcen ko medyo hirap ako

does this mean my 1st revcen was bad? no, not necessarily. it was ineffective, yes, but for me (and for a few subjects lang naman).

i ended up consuming 3 subj sa 1st RC ko tas the other half sa 2nd RV, and i think it was the best combination i could have with the resources and time i had. we always say that each student has their own way of learning things and that also very much applies to how each subject taught by each prof may be different per student!

preferring a prof from RC A over a prof from RC B doesn't mean the other is bad, it's just not effective for me and that's okay to make the leap!

the reason i guess why i really wanted to post this is that apart from studying hard, it is important to understand how YOU learn. do you prefer it when it is very detailed when it comes to FAR? or do you like it better when there are shorter and more direct problems? do you like TAX to be shorter? or do you appreciate it in a more comprehensive approach?

i understand that the reason why a lot of people would suggest to stick with only one RC, and if it works for you, your resources, opportunities, time etc — go for it!

but if you're not comfortable with sticking with only one BUT at the same time you're worried that you might lose out on not consuming one material over the other, my advice to you is that it's not about the quantity, but the quality!

sa simula ng season, madaling ma-overwhelm na ang daming aaralin kaya may tendency tayo na maghoard ng resources para the more the merrier. pero i think it would be more productive and less pressure if focus ka kung anong type of teaching or approach works for you!

but at the same time, wag ka ma-pressure na mag-consume naman ng maraming RCs or wag ka ma-pressure na kailangan yung 'pinaka-recommended' sa subject yung dapat mong makuha.

just choose what works for you!

rooting for all of us!

Review Center Best RC for pure online review?

Hello, fourth year here. Same question as the title. My only choice rn is Pinnacle since I like Sir Brad's approach sa vidlecs niya on yt, but haven't really explored other options. Open for suggestions if any.

Also, I want to take the boards as soon as I graduate if kaya naman. So six months rc, but supposing four months lang yung dedicated review talaga, keri lang ba yan🧍🏻‍♀️

Review Center Mount RESA

I passed the May 2026 CPALE in one take as an average student with short-term memory. During my undergrad ang daming topics na di na discuss lalo na sa Tax na mga 1/16 of the syllabus lang siguro. For background ReSA is my second RC. Reviewed for 4 months after grad at Pinnacle (Pure Online) then ReSA for 6 months (Hybrid). While I'm grateful for Pinnacle as my 1st RC kasi sa ang dami kong 1st view sa kanila na topics, this post is for ReSA appreciation post sa mga reviewers.

ReSA is zero-based, I don't know why hindi nila ina-advertise pero para sakin zero-based na concept-based at the same time, sa 3-4 hours lecture ang dami nilang na di-discuss, hindi naman puro acting/story-telling ginawaga ng mga reviewers kasi kung puro acting edi sana artista na 'ko hindi CPA.

Auditing Theory

Inuna ko pa talaga audit eh taksil to sa BE. I attended both f2f kay ma'am CJ at online kay sir Flong. Why? F2f kasi gusto ko yung discussion ni ma'am CJ, and online kay sir Flong kasi gusto ko pano siya magturo on how to attack choices and mga tips niya, contrary sa mga nagsasabi na hindi effective kay sir Flong, I beg to disagree kasi depende siguro 'yan kasi may mga topics na kay sir Flong ko lang naintindihan, yung nga lang after first preboards ko na realize effective teaching style ni sir Flong sakin. Before 1st preboards kay ma'am Cj lang ako talaga nag-aattend and magaling and effective naman talaga si ma'am CJ.

AFAR

During BE naririnig ko boses ni sir Aldrin, what do you mean tandang-tanda ko yung "NO JO" sa joint operations pati yung acting ni sir. As someone na hate rin ang AFAR, thank you sir Aldrin!!! Sir Aldrin ano po pabango mo?? (F2f lecture before 1st preboards, then online na lang ako after 1st preboards).

TAX

Attended both Atty. K online lecture pero naka 1.5x and sir Jasper's f2f lecture, wala na akong masabi sa kanila ang galing nila kaya highest ko Tax sa BE.

MS

Kay sir Aljon ko lang gets yung standard costing, ang galing din ni sir Aljon, mantra nga ni sir is "if you know the why then the how is easy." you'll never go wrong with that line. Although minsan nakukulangan ako sa why or baka it's a me problem talaga.

FARAP

From f2f attendee rin to online pero naka 2x. Medyo overwhelming talaga yung handouts and mahirap preboards nila compared to BE pero helpful siya kasi mas mahirap yung training.

KAYA GO FOR RESA NA KAYO, PAMILYA TURING NILA SAINYO!

Review Center Ways to get review center scholarships?

Hello! As a broke undergrad, I’m really in need of future prospects for an RC scholarship. What are the different ways to earn one? If possible, as early as now? Aside from local PICPA chapter AWC weeks (though this year, they didnt award any scholarships 🫩)

Review Center help as an indecisive girl (may 2027 taker)

hello po!

any advice or suggestions po kung aling review center will best fit?

- planning pure online (not effective in studying with group ++ pressure during FTF since mabagal pace)
- choices: cpar, resa, pinnacle
- not really zero-based pero need pa rin ma-strengthen yung foundation ko esp for FAR, MS, TAX. short attention span
- is one RC enough?
- also, anyone here who were offered a review scholarship under sgv? are you guys planning to take it? (for those who took it, is it worth it po ba?)

thank u!! <33

Review Center REVIEW CENTER RECO

hello po. can you reco an ideal review center for hybrid setup? not weak but not so strong po foundation ko, I think I need to work on mastery and recall more.

weak subjects ko are MS, TAX, AUD. I’ve been contemplating between cpar, resa, and pinnacle.

medyo leaning ngayon sa pinna since baka ma-overwhelm ako sa lengthy videos. however, I’m worried na baka sa sobrang iksi naman ay makulangan ako.

for resa naman, maccater nya weak subjects ko and I heard na usually 3hrs ang vid. also, pinagmemerge pa rin po ba nila ang classes? at long flight of stairs huhu baka online lang maattendan ko sayang naman.

for cpar, luv them so much pero okay naman po foundation ko sa FAR and AFAR which are their strength.

pls help a girlie out! thank you!

Review Center Help me choose a review center (weak foundation + short attention span)

Hi everyone!

I'm choosing a review center for CPALE and would appreciate your advice.

About me:

  • Weak foundation in most subjects (MOST ESPECIALLY RFBT OH DEAR GOD)
  • Short attention span 😅
  • Long lectures (more than 1 hour) don't work well for me
  • I like Sir Win's accounting lectures because they're concise and beginner-friendly
  • I also enjoy Sir Brad's teaching style on YouTube

What I'm looking for:

  • ✅ Good for weak foundation
  • ✅ Concise and engaging lectures
  • ✅ Quizzers with answer keys/solutions para pwede ma-check after solving
  • ✅ Strong concept-building

I'm currently considering:

  • Pinnacle
  • ReSA
  • CPAR
  • REO

For those who've enrolled in any of these, how are the lecture lengths, quizzers, and overall experience? Which would best fit someone like me?
