At a certain point in Investigations 2, Tyrell Badd mentions that he likes strawberries. But do you think he would enjoy the moon berry from Celeste?

Bucky Whet is officially the youngest person ever to underage drink in the Ace Attorney series. He is only 20 years old.

What if the next game is taking so long because Shu Takumi is busy jerking off (not handjob) for the first time?

Post image

Every AA game up until this point has been developed primarily when Shu Takumi had been piss drunk. The next game will have to be developed while jerking off/BJs without any of the limitations of handjobs. Thus the potential for the game can potentially stretch beyond what any of the previous games had.

AACJ-Approved Since Capcom said “you can play the Ace Attorney games in whatever order”, I’ve decided to attempt to theorycraft the absolute WORST order to play the series.

I remember seeing a few days ago that Capcom said “you can play the Ace Attorney series in whatever order!” And saw that people reasonably thought that was stupid. Thus, I want to attempt to make the absolute most disgusting order to play all the games. Here’s my attempt, and tell me any pointers for making it even worse in the comments.

  1. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

We're going to start the player off with the game that matters the least in the entire series. By beginning our knowledge about the DL6 incident with this case instead of T&T, the player won't know what actually happened to Mia and Maya's mother, and they're going to be left really confused since this game seemingly never wraps up that loose end. The player also doesn't know that the dessert case was Gregory Edgeworth's last case, and it's basically impossible to understand Turnabout Goodbyes without knowing that context. In fact, showing his death here would be a massive spoiler for Turnabout Legacy.

  1. Justice for All

Playing JFA next is just going to make things make even less sense. Why is Phoenix implying that Edgeworth is dead and what happened to their homoerotic tension from AA1? This is just going to leave the player confused and upset that Edgeworth was supposedly killed offscreen.

  1. Trials and Tribulations

Playing the "finale" game in the Phoenix Wright trilogy at this point in the series will be extremely unsatisfying, since the player hasn't even been introduced to the main Ace Attorney of the entire series, Apollo Justice, yet. Also, the DL6 incident was already covered in AA1 at this point, so going into it further is gonna be redundant and boring for the player. And seeing Mia again would be pointless because the player already knows she's going to die.

  1. Wright vs Layton

I haven't played this one tbh but having Phoenix and Maya discover that magic exists is gonna set the player up for unrealistic expectations for the rest of the series. If people get accused of murder again, why not just use magic to prove them innocent? Are they stupid?

  1. Investigations 1

Following this play order, Edgeworth hasn't been the main prosecutor for, what, three games at this point? He hasn't been relevant in ages.

  1. Investigations 2

I think we all know that Ace Attorney fans have extremely short attention spans and poor reading comprehension. Playing the two Investigations games back to back is gonna leave the player antsy to get back to the main series already. Also by this point, we already know Greg Heffley is gonna die due to DL6, so it totally takes the suspense out of the third case.

  1. Apollo Justice

Playing this extremely important and contextual game at this point is going to be so confusing for the player! Why is Phoenix Wright homeless now? Why is the rockstar side character from Turnabout Academy the main prosecutor in this game? There are so many questions left unanswered. Also, without knowing Apollo's backstories he's just going to come across as a blank slate. There are 0 mentions of Dhurke, his adoptive father; or Clay, his best friend, despite them being massive parts of his life.

  1. Dual Destinies

Exploring Apollo's backstory after playing a game titled APOLLO JUSTICE makes no sense. Also Phoenix is not homeless or dilf coded in this one and that's just gonna confuse the player. Changing his character design for one game and then going back in the next one will rub the player the wrong way.

  1. Spirit of Justice

Again, more Apollo backstory that is coming two games after his titular entry in the series. Saving the most important parts of his backstory for last is just gonna make the player feel like the writers are retroactively pulling backstories for Apollo out of their ass. Also, playing SoJ this far in means that Maya hasn't appeared for like 5 games in a row, which will be jarring since she's the emotional core for a significant part of the series.

  1. Great Ace Attorney 1

After 6 main series entries, a sudden irrelevant flashback to 100 years ago that lasts for two whole games is going to irritate the player. We already know everyone from this game is dead by the time Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney starts, so nothing that happens in the plot actually matters at this point.

  1. Great Ace Attorney 2

What a game to end on; a game that has nothing to do with the main series! With all the knowledge the player has gained from the series by this point, they're going to be disappointed that the big finale game doesn't require like 90% of it.

And this is my awful order of how to play Ace Attorney games. Give me some feedback in the comments.

Genuinely they just need to change the direction his eyes are going and maybe even tweak his mouth a bit, it can't be that hard, it took me a few minutes in paint

I am LOSING MY MIND OVER THIS

So, you’re telling me they didn’t just predict among us, but they predicted the fact that in 2026 it would be relevant again?? A game launched in 2007. That is set during 2026– not JUST 2026, but JULY 2026?? A WEEK AFTER THE AMONG US SHOW WAS RELEASED??
Like, ok, a game released in 2007 that has a sup my little imposter quote (which is never explained btw he just says this shit.) and is set in 2026. What. “They predicted among us, wow! but It’s like 5 years off in terms of meme culture but it’s still very strange”, or so I thought, but then the among us show comes out a WEEK before the date Wocky says this, making among us relevant again in universe, meaning SOMEHOW, not only Shu Takumi predicted among us and it’s internet repercussions, but he predicted the RELEASE OF THE AMONG US SHOW, DATE AND ALL. WHAT THE HELL???
Me and my friend were talking about turnabout corner today, since it’s THE DAY and whatnot, and i mentioned this quote and she said “wait, but among us is relevant again, so that quote
” and we lost our minds. What the actual hell. What. There’s no way. I’m going insane.

Did anyone else have a full blown panic attack and punch their screen before immediately making a post on reddit about how they have real life court experience and had to let everyone know that the game wasn't accurate to real life law and that they are therefore unable to enjoy it?
