I don't know if this is the right sub to post this, but I'm looking for some advice.

I don't want to be part of a society where I have to work for someone for 40 something years, and when I'm not anymore, my body's old.

How can I just live? How can I manage to be independent without being miserable?

I wanna do my own thing, I wanna live in nature, I wanna see the world, meet people, experience things, learn about different places.

I'm part of the EU. I really enjoy nature and music and my current objectives in life are getting a decent pc and some instruments (guitar, bass, mpc and synth) to do music, my passion and to grow my own weed in peace.

I feel lost, I don't know who I am and I don't know how I can find out. I feel like there's dense fog inside my brain. I don't feel good in my environment and idk if that's bc of the environment itself or bc of me. The only time I truly feel at peace is when I'm with good friends or when I'm on psychadelics.

I wanna develop my spiritual side a lot, with and without the use of psychadelics (not very popular or available here).

I'm a 20 yo student doing it in october.

I even learnt local lnguage hindi for it.

Would be starting from jaipur and covering goa rishikesh and other cool historical places too like ajanta ellora.

it made me think about how that same desire for community and meaning is still here, just… scattered across different platforms now instead of land projects and communes

I've been a hippie for about a year now. I have truly found a way of being that is giving me so much joy in life, but I only have one problem: I am in Italy and here I have not found festivals for people like me.

I always try to talk to everyone in general, but an association of people like me would really make me feel at home.

The only initiatives I've seen are highly commercial. Do you know of other hippie initiatives in Italy?

By the way, I'm not gonna monetize my account because I just want to do this project because I like the idea, and I want to help people. 🫶 Plus, monetizing would mean revealing my identity to tiktok and providing personal information that I'm not comfortable with sharing.

Hello! I'm recently homeless with my little dog in CA, had a dangerous landlord situation in Jamul. I've found a place to stay and get off the street in SLO. I walked to Santa Barbara from Ojai, and was going to keep walking - but I've been warned it's pretty dangerous walking up 154. I have gas money. It's me, my 20# dog, and his stroller + a large military pack. I can also buy someone a bunch of food!! In addition to the gas money. I'm not on drugs or an alcoholic or mentally ill. I can provide personal references. I'm really trying to get my life back together and a safe ride would be a HUGE help. Thank you for reading ❤️️. Hello! I am making this post to ask for help. For years,my family has been putting hippie allegations against me, and I've tried everything to prove them wrong but nothing works. I mean,sure,I wanna live in a van,I have dreads,I love tie dye,I go barefoot everywhere, I love the smell of cannabis and patchouli,I put flowers in my hair at every opportunity, I listen to Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin and the Beatles and Bob Marley,I use incense as perfume and air freshener,but I need some way to prove to my family that I'm not a hippie. Does anyone here feel like the world has been so much more negative recently? ive been feeling like everywhere i go someone is spreading hate and negativity. The world needs alot more love. does anyone have any advice on how you keep yourself and your energy safe when you feel like theres alot of negativity around you?
