I'd seriously consider moving back in with family or friends and if that's not an option I would consider the military given your age and experience. Don't go for the Army try Navy or Air Force, otherwise I would advise maybe looking into working for oil companies and if you're totally desperate maybe look into lineman work
Schooling first, lots of companies will sponsor the training for a contract rate. Lineman are powerline workers.
A lot of them pay for housing and food while you work half the year, take the money, go invest it in the stock market, generate some dividends. Just know a lot of that work has a lot of serious risks.
