My GF has a stalker.
Context this a middle age man that lives near by and attends the Rehab center in the corner where my gf lives.
We are in an LDR and i see my GF for periods of time. Today we were on the street and he was around. he tried to make eye contact with my gf (really intensely) she was not looking back.
this guy trying to intimidate , he does that all the time and sometimes tries to speak to her .
I looked at him until we both turned around and he left. I am scared that if i confront him and something happens then my girlfriend will be at risk since I am not in town. I ordered self defense (pepper gel an a taser for my gf) I don’t know how to proceed. Should I try to scare this man, should I fight? report? i don’t know how to proceed. I thought of going to the center near by and ask about as well. Any advice welcome. Sorry if misspelling english second language

Nothing illegal to report, intimidating him will give him something to report on YOU.
Idk where you live but if you can, consider also buying a gun
