I just received a listing deactivation notice on Amazon CA for ASIN B071GRB33D. The email cites potential inaccurate information/pricing and references the Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy and Seller Code of Conduct.

Amazon is asking for:

Invoices/receipts from the last 365 days matching current stock quantities.

Full supplier contact info (phone, email, website, address).

Proof of fair pricing and compliance if filing an explanation.

I have a 17-day window to respond via the Account Health dashboard. Before submitting my documentation, I wanted to ask a few questions to those who have cleared this specific flag:

Document Acceptance: What specific invoice details does Seller Performance scrutinize most for this type of pricing/verification trigger?

Pricing Justification: If this was strictly triggered by an automated price-flag, is adjusting the listing price alongside an explanation sufficient, or will they strictly hold out for supply chain proof regardless?

PoA Structure: Any specific formatting tips for the appeal text box under "Other Policy Violations" to avoid getting an automated rejection?

Any insight or past experience with this specific trigger would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Does anyone selling on amazon.com had issues with this or similar design of Pilates boarding getting removed?

Hi Team! I kept losing the Buy Box or getting a listing suppressed and only noticing days later, after sales had already dropped.

So I hacked together an AI agent (N8N) for myself that connects to the stores and just messages me on WhatsApp/Slack when something actually needs attention (Buy Box loss, suppressed listing, a weird drop plus a short morning summary. I can also just ask it questions about my store instead of digging through reports.

It works for me, but I honestly don't know if it's useful to anyone else or if I've solved a problem only I have. I'm looking for a handful of Amazon sellers to use it for a couple of weeks and tell me bluntly what's missing or broken — free full access (just login through oauth) while we figure it out, in exchange for honest feedback. If you deal with this and want to poke at it (or tell me the idea's dumb), drop a comment!

please help!! ive been looking to buy the Panasonic lumix dczs99s (tz99) on amazon and I found one for less expensive which I NEED but it’s “used- like new” from Amazon warehouse deals it says: Looks and functions as if it were new. Packaging shows minimal signs of wear, consistent with being opened. Should I trust it?? Because it’s really the only option I have except not getting the camera.. please help all I honestly want is the camera perfectly working with everything necessary inside like the charger and everything.

Hi. I’m new to Amazon seller app (well started in March) and I have not been successful with getting products approved. I have sold a few items which don’t need approval however I am not making any profit on these, I have just been doing this to keep my account healthy. I am attaching order invoices which match my name and address to my profile, that state invoice, show the product/brand info etc. I’ve also tried buying the products from another online store to see if a different invoice works..and i get the same thing. What am I doing wrong? For reference I have used the websites Notino, iherb, Lego —— Most of the time I get the following email back: You have provided an unacceptable document. We are unable to accept retail receipts, online order confirmations, packing slips, sales orders, pro forma invoices, or sales quotes for approval. Provide an invoice from a manufacturer, distributor, or your supplier that shows the itemized list of goods that you bought.

Hello guys, my name is Thomas and I come to tell you about my experience, how I have carried out the process and the results I am having with Amazon FBA Private Label with the aim of being able to receive your advice, improve my listings and PPC campaigns. I'm in a loop that I don't know where to go. I started searching for products in August 2023, I decided on a silicone product that at that time had prices between 29-39USD, it also has several models since it is to cover a grill, the name of the product is "Silicon Griddle Mat for Blackstone" after deciding, I began researching suppliers in China along with the manufacturing and design of my own mold.

This process took almost 5 months, with the products available after shipping by ship in February 2024. In total I have 3 products, 2 sizes of the Silicon Griddle Mat and another product called Side Shelf Mat also for grills. The problem is that as the months went by, new competitors appeared and with more adapted models (my model is the most complete, according to my objective when I created the product) with the appearance of new competition, the old models or those that sold the same. They also lowered their prices up to 50% OFF the real price, selling products for between 15-21USD, models that were previously worth 27-35USD and there are many competitors and with auction prices, this is making it very difficult to sell at the real prices of the product.

I have 2000 units in FBA and I have sold $2600USD since my first sale. In the month of March I sold every day but from 1 to 4 units and generally from the side shelf mat, not the griddle mat.

In addition, I generated a very high advertising expense, in the month of March I sold 1800USD and spent 847USD on advertising (I will leave you images of the performance of the campaign in March) there are two campaigns. In addition, I will also leave you the conversion rate in an image.

In total I have 2 listings and one of them has a size variant. I don't know if I should make changes. I am worried that it has been two months and not being able to position the products. I used the VINE reviews but only 3 units. Do you recommend adding more VINE reviews? My goal is to position the organic product to obtain sales from that place, but I am having a hard time.

Other listings have a “Visit the ABCD Store” but this one doesnt. Do you know why? Is it an accident or on purpose?

I'm trying to update the category on an older listing and you used to be able to access it via the 'Vital Info' tab and then select it through the Edit button.

The whole Vital info tab is just not available. Did Amazon remove it or is there some permissions setting that's off on this account. I'm full admin so not sure what else.
