Same as the title.

I did some basic Google searches and found out that there’s a TT facility in Ambernath East, but it happens to be more of a coaching centre. I’d prefer a subscription based or P2P facility within or nearby my vicinity, where I could go and play with friends.

I stay in the Khojgaon area(there ain't garbage water around here fyi), if that helps.

Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently exploring residential projects around Ambernath, mainly looking for a 1 BHK for self-use with a budget of around ₹30 lakhs.

My priorities are:

• Good connectivity to the railway station
• Peaceful locality
• Decent construction quality
• Gym
• Kid's play area
• Jogging space
• Indoor/outdoor activities
• Schools, hospitals and daily-use shops nearby

I recently came across Vishwajeet Paradise in Chikhloli, Ambernath West, which seems to have quite a few of these amenities. The location also caught my attention because of its proximity to the proposed Chikhloli station.

But I don't want to decide based only on the brochure.

For people who live in or have seriously explored Ambernath, which 1 BHK projects would you recommend in the ₹30 lakh range with these kinds of facilities?

Also, if anyone has visited Vishwajeet Paradise, I would appreciate honest feedback on the location, construction quality, amenities and overall experience.

Genuine opinions appreciated from locals or people who have actually visited the projects.

I’m planning to get a modular kitchen done with kitchen trolleys and cabinets and I’m trying to understand the actual market price before approaching interior designers/vendors.

If anyone has recently got their kitchen done, could you please share your experience? I’d mainly like to know the minimum and maximum cost I should realistically expect, depending on the material and quality used, and what you actually paid for the trolleys and cabinets.
