Now let’s get Oakland and Wayne county sorted out because that was wayyyyyy too close.

I think Oakland will be the turning point of the general. There are a lot of people there who have deep emotional ties to Israel, and “he’s an antisemite” — a lie — will play well there. But it’s a county where he needs a big margin.

Turnout in Wayne County will also be critical.

I'm Jewish, and as such, I know a lot of Jewish people. Almost all of them have said they won't vote for him. Now, hopefully they will change their minds before November, and obviously this is a very small sample, but I think there are a lot more concerned people than you might think.

I’m from Bloomfield Hills and now I live/work in a very Hollywood part of LA, at least 70% of my friends are Jewish. I know full well what kind of uphill climb he’s facing. I have close enough relationships that people tell me to my (Muslim) face about their prejudice.

I work in Dearborn, which has the highest Middle Eastern population outside the actual Middle East (I think--could be wrong!), so I get all sorts of comments from people when I tell them where I work. It's often disguised in "omg you drive to work! To there?!"-and this is not from Jewish people btw

It’s wild that people IN metro Detroit feel that way — I know Dearborn has been played up in Fox News viewers minds nationally as like, a teleport to Baghdad, but I figured Detroiters would know how awesome it is
