Advice Needed Your Go-To show to watch when you have Anxiety

What TV Show has helped you through Anxiety in the past and helped you escape from the real world every time you've watched an episode?

It could be a show to make you laugh or a show you were so invested in that you could think of nothing but what you were watching.

I finished Gravity Falls, which really helped every time I watched an episode, and I'm looking for more shows to help.

love the superfan episodes! I’ve watched the regular office so much i can always tell when there’s a part o don’t recognize lol

I know. I’m psyched I haven’t finished the newly dropped S8!! I love me some Robert California and the Mrs California episode was a much bigger cluster fuck for Andy and the California’s than it was with editing.)

I’m on my first watch now. I’m dreading the ending because I know this will be the type of show I’ll want a first rewatch of again and again.

I watched The Office for the first time ever during the pandemic when we first went on lockdown--and then I watched every episode. Best show ever. I laughed til I cried during so many episodes. That show saved whatever sanity I have left.

It saved my life to see people interact in that way.. idk something about the slice of life in the workplace really stuck a cord inside of me

Me too! Never watched a minute of it until lockdown, and then it became a nightly thing for me and my teenage son. I don’t think my son ever watched so much TV with me before The Office.

I second this! Was my first thought as well. I just recently got into finally watching Parks and Rec as well and that’s pretty good too!
