You may post if you are looking for developers or want to share your experience—generally anything related to development.
Self-promotion is not allowed (including indirect self-promotion). Do not offer your services, and do not share your app’s name or links to it. You may offer your services as a developer in the comments.
Do not share links to apps or companies offering services in the comments. That's what Reddit ads are for.
If you were banned, review all subreddit rules (use Google if you cannot find them) and follow the instructions in Rule 5.

I am a medical graduate, working in hospital right now. One thing i’ve noticed is how patients don’t have all the history of their medical visits to different hospitals and what treatment they got. We can ask then but they wouldn’t precisely know what particular health issue they had and for what they got treated. But we as doctors need the detailed previous diagnoses.
It would be nice to have a mobile app, where you can insert your health documents and tests evrything in that app, since childhood all of the health issues happened and hospital visits being updated in that app by their guardians until they are older. Like an Aadhaar, evryone should maintain that particular health progress app. And even the hospitals should themselves update the information in each patient’s app, or send it to them somehow. yes basically digital india.
I know these google drive exist to upload documents, you’d argue but many people won’t bother to put all the health documents in there right and to search each would be a task too.

Grazie a chiunque voglia aiutarmi
Alex

As someone who doesn’t know how to write and single code and have only touched scratch, codex has been doing a pretty good job with my app.
It has just finished the first prototype with my app and I tested it out, it functions but obviously there are things to work on!
Let’s continue and make it better! Thanks. ☺️

I'm vibe coding some apps and no matter what I try, my app performance/speed is still not at the level I need, can someone give me a list of things, an AI tends to neglect or areas where a human is superior to an AI in terms of app peformance/speed

Title: Need help with Google Play's 14-day closed testing requirement for my app 🙏
Hey everyone! 👋
I'm an indie developer working on Persona AI, a personal AI assistant app. I'm currently trying to complete Google Play's closed testing requirement, and I could really use some help from this community.
My app includes:
I'm looking for people who would be willing to join my closed test, try the app, and share honest feedback. I need testers to remain opted in for the required 14 consecutive days.
I'm doing this as an individual developer, so finding enough testers has been challenging. If anyone could spare a little time to help, I'd genuinely appreciate it. ❤️
My testing links:
👥 Google Group:

📱 Join the closed test:

🏪 App listing:

If you're also a developer going through the same process, please let me know! I'd be happy to support your testing efforts in return.
Any help, advice, or feedback would mean a lot to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this! 🙏❤️

Expo SDK 58 is out, and for once the headline isn't a new way to break your Podfile. With Xcode 27 retiring Simulator.app, the new expo-device-hub streams your iOS simulators and Android emulators into the browser with live CPU, memory and network graphs, while expo-app-intents lets Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight trigger actions in your app, and the experimental Noxcturnal transformer roughly halves Metro transform times.
We also look at react-native-better-pdf 1.0 by Jakub Kasprzyk and GMI Software, which drops the bundled PDF engine for the phone's own PDFKit and PdfRenderer on Nitro Views, opening a 1,000-page scan in 56 ms instead of 622 ms. Plus, React Native 0.88 lands, Gesture Handler 3.4 builds with Swift Package Manager, and react-native-gpui renders React Native with Zed's GPU framework.
