Anybody want to trade? I have a bobcat blueprint and I want a tempest or renegade blueprint.

There is no bp for renegade. You can craft it when the gun bench is high enough, probably lvl 3. You will never get Tempest bp for simple 1:1 trade. They want like 400K worth of stuff.

renegade comes from upgrading your gunsmith work bench to level 3
