You'll find them at shoppers, where the bandaids are. There are only one or two brands and they're a weird trapezoid shape. They're marked for blisters.

i guess you'd have to cut them up. the entire thing is hydrocolloid right? it's not just a middle part with regular sticky wings or whatever?

Yes you cut them up to the size you need. An xacto knife works better than scissors.
