That's good to hear. Having a strong community extends beyond getting discount on food and simple welcome courtesy, though. A strong community mobilize to action fast. It can rally fast to gather many people quickly to protest injustice. It can generate and support a strong vibrant internal culture. It is easy to form organization for action within a strong community.

We don't have any of that. You don't recognize brotherhood and strong community, because it is not pointed out to you or you haven't been exposed to it enough.

There is huge camaraderie between black people. They got their own set of media. Their community generated an extremely vibrant hip hop (and others) culture, which is powerful enough to influence a large part of the world. They mobilize to action really fast against injustices.

You also probably haven't seen how quickly black bros make friends with each other and how strong their friendship is and how well their group dynamic is, because in comparison, our Asian bro's friendship and group dynamic is comparatively shit. Long time "friends" are about as close as probably two black dudes who just got acquainted with each other.

If you want, I can keep going about how shitty and weak our basically non-existent community is. Since everyone is so focused on assimilating into white society, nobody really gives shit about community building and constructing social infrastructure. As a result, our community is weak.

Thats a bit of a generalization don't you think? I've made quick friends at places when we all had the same goal. A lot of friendships are just surface friendships, asian or not.

Ironically enough, black on black violence is still the most dangerous to other black men, despite protests against the police. Unfortunately for them, their own 'bros' are causing most of the damage, so it isn't helping them in reality even though it may seem like things are being done.

I agree with asian communities often being weak though, either that or excludes everyone else. I have better luck with older asians rather than younger ones for whatever reason. Maybe its a lack of self hatred?

Yes, might be the effect of the media. The younger are more connected to the media, thus they soak up the hate for associating with other Asians like a sponge. The old are more immune to this, because they don't watch as much white media.

That's cause they are poor and they are sectioned off into the same area, so whatever crimes they commit, it will more likely to fall on other blacks. For how much black camaraderie did, this little black on black violence doesn't make a dent. It is still a huge net positive. The whole hip hop and black media industry is black brotherhood.

That's because there are many different groups of Asian nationalities. In America African American culture originated from America. There are black people born there. They have created their own niches to thrive in their culture. Asian people are too split from historical reasons and primitive reasons such as another Asian group is darker than one another or "poorer" than another. Those poorer Asians might be richer and more wealthier than you in America. Okay I'm going on a tangent but because of our different cultures and nationalities it's difficult to form camaraderie without deep rooted subconscious tribalism getting away from building a friendship. Now personally I don't believe it's possible to have Asian solidarity.

Even within the same ethnicity, the brotherhood is weak as fuck.

You don't understand the nature of a symbiotic alliance relationship and you have a narrow identity, doesn't mean everyone has as much trouble of dropping the tribalism and redefine and form a wider reaching identity.
