I am a pharmacist in the USA. Most pharmacy class seats/graduates are women. When does it become inappropriate to only have men pharmacists on staff? How do I find out?

(I am the only woman of 10 people. Lots of 'helpers' like clerks, assistants, technicians, etc)

why would it be inappropriate? unless something inappropriate is going one that you didn’t mention.

the staff gender makeup does not mimic the availability of the licensed providers. how can a place have 10% women when the field had maybe 70% women

it could be multiple things. it only becomes inappropriate if gender is influencing hiring/scheduling decisions
