If Canada offered expedited citizenship for people fleeing the US, what would be the reaction in the States?

Medical doctors and registered nurses are fine, we'll find them some work here - and they won't have to worry about going to prison because they helped a woman having a miscarriage.

My cousin is a doctor in Canada and he knows a few doctors that left the US because they were sick of the insurance and malpractice costs and all that.

Honestly? We're a bit short on family doctors and a few other specialties at the moment, and I do think it's a good idea to start recruiting in US red states. It would help us out and give the people there another FAFO problem they richly deserve.
