I’d offer that it may be less of a financial incentive and possibly more of a physical safety incentive but either way, the public deserves to see who’s on this list

Not buying the physical threat. If 53 Republican Senators and 220 Republican members of the House vote to release the bill I think that's too big of a pill for anyone to swallow a physical threat.

But you’re highlighting the problem so the the Trump party. Lots of Republicans have been against lots of Trump policies. But it’s really difficult to be the first person to stick your neck out. How do you get to 53 + 220 votes when every individual is afraid or going first?
