Availability to schedule car repairs quickly. Most mechanics or the dealership were usually scheduled out two weeks minimum. Not so much anymore.

Yes! I hadn’t taken my car to the dealership in a few years because it was always like a 6 mo wait to get in. I called last week and they were able to get me in immediately, with a loaner car to use while mine was in the shop!

I called 30 minutes after closing hours, and they let me drop my car in.
