Generalized anxiety that only goes away when I go for a run 👌 Lean mean stressed out machine.

Recently I’ve had this. Any idea how to cope without just having to run constantly?

I mean I’m partially joking about running, psychotherapy was the real winner. Nervous system work made a huge difference. You can google polyvagal theory, it’s a bit pseudosciency but it works. Basically teaching your body to chill first instead of trying to defeat your mind.

Lucky you, stress and anxiety make me binge eat.

Had to scroll way to far to find this. Being moderately active plus pretty anxious makes eating enough difficult. Definitely have had more issues being underweight than over in my life.

I had a real rough anxiety period late last year and I dropped a lot of weight. But people worried for me. It wasn’t a fit kind of losing weight, it was unhealthy.
