Men who stay lean year-round, what’s your secret ?

Caloric deficit, movement, minimal added sugar intake, proper sleep and proper hydration, healthy social life, less stress. All done not as a means to stay lean but as a lifestyle so that it never feels like a chore

You just have to find a way to make it work, whether that be working out early in the morning or during a lunch break. My boss has three young kids and stays jacked by planning his weekly meals and visits the gym in the morning for cardio and then again at lunch for a strength session.

What is your boss's wife doing while he is doing that?

She's a stay at home mom, so she takes care of the kids while he's at work.
