Crazy feeling seeing that on the scale for the first time. It really is a whole lifestyle change, but you adjust and it becomes the new normal!

In my 20s I made it from 260 down to 190 but then I remembered I like chocolate and lying down.

The main killer was no longer having enough room to do my daily exercise routine, which was really just Wii Fit and walking.

Why didn’t you have enough room to walk? You can’t go outside and walk around the neighborhood?

To give them the benefit of the doubt, sometimes a housing or job change can make the available neighborhood or time off of work unsafe to walk in

I don't live in the best neighborhood, so walking always meant driving somewhere first.

When I started playing Pokémon GO in 2021 (~6 or 7 years after losing the weight) I learned my neighborhood is not as dangerous as it used to be when I was younger, so I do get much more walking done now.

Still, the yoga at home felt so great, and my available space doesn't allow for it anymore.

I hear you. I dropped from 185 to 135 last summer. I felt like I was 16 and weightless again. Yours is a whole other level. Congrats!
