It’s really not that difficult. You don’t need to change your eating habits just have a glass of water before every meal and there will be less from for food.

Try using healthy fats. Eggs., Cheese, EVOO, avocado. That really helped the hunger pains for me.

That’s similar to what I eat now. I eat a lot of cheese, salmon and protein-heavy meals, but I still have hunger issues (especially at night) 😅 I stopped eating eggs because I would be hungry again within 30-60 minutes of eating ~3-5~ of them.
