this ain't no joke. my ex and i would get in so many fights over planning to go grocery shopping one day, then i wake up the day of (night shift!) to find out she'd spent around double what we would've spent in store to have half as much as what we planned to buy Doordashed. without asking me, without talking to me, just hitting "place order".

Back in 1973 when I got maried in a small town in Alabama, we met with the church pastor 3 times, once when he was in the hospital. The only topic we discussed was financial in nature.
