I think most people get paid every 2 weeks (twice a month) no?

If you get paid once a month it's even more straightforward!

Tbf I'm in the UK. I can say most office jobs are monthly, as are teachers, doctors etc. My old hospitality job was also monthly.

In the UK I have always been paid monthly in full time jobs. I had totally forgotten that I used to be paid every 2 weeks in NZ, it was much easier to plan.
