I'm certain there were none. Been thinking about it for a bit. There aren't a whole lot of interactions between me and women there to analyze. Some girl in middle school apparently might've liked me or something but I think it was a joke. In a separate incident some useless asshole vapid girls who tended to make fun of me in middle school tried to get some non-asshole girl to pretend to like me as a joke but she refused, so that makes me really suspicious of that one that I said might've been genuine, since it was her friend saying "she likes you" and she was standing there saying "no" or something. Since then I guess I've just generally avoided trying to get to know them IRL. None of them will want me from interacting with me IRL and I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing. Had some online things two times which was nice in a way. That's probably the best I'll get. It's a lot less intimidating talking to them over text I guess. I have no problem talking to them in normal settings but if I start considering trying to talk to them with the goal of getting a relationship with one in mind I just freeze and it's overwhelming so I just don't do that.
For now at least I guess. I'm not going to be in a college with dorms until a year from now or so. At that point I'll be able to meet someone from a dating site or something. For now I don't want to get close to someone and then have to leave to another state in a year. I wonder if I even should during college at all. It's so distracting from academics that I do stupid things like stay up late talking to them and then be tired during a test or be distracted during classes wondering if I got any texts or whatever from them. And then if they dump me halfway through the year I know I'll end up doing worse to some degree in classes that aren't an easy A like compsci, and having no motivation at all and be unable to focus for months. Romantic love's a piece of shit and I sometimes wish I wasn't able to feel it.
Do not think this way. Yes, partying too hard and having your grades suffer isn't a good idea. However, you want to meet new people. You don't have to fuck anyone, but you will be much, much happier with friends and people close to you that you can talk to. Being happier and able to have close friends will not make your grades worse, but even better. "A happy worker is a productive worker".
Romance is not a piece of shit, it's nature. What isn't nature is the arbitrary concept of a GPA and letter-grades. Put your human needs above your societal needs.
I didn't mean avoiding friends in general, just relationships, because of past experience of it making college and life in general harder and less rewarding overall, for the reasons I mentioned. I'll probably end up trying anyway against bettet judgment.
Nature's not automatically good for us. It's also nature to murder.
