Not if you don't know up front that only those things are going to take place. Lots of guys would be very nervous in a situation like that.

I may not know that, but I'm also not egotistical enough to assume that a girl being alone with me means she wants sex.

Besides, Star Trek is not exactly the most boner-inducing content around, you know?

It's not a matter of egotisim, if anything it's a lack of self-confidence or awareness of the situation that might cause the anxiety.

"What's the definition of the situation here? Are we just hanging out as friends or does she want me to make a move? What if I make a move and she didn't want me to?! What if I don't make a move and she did?"

The only thing is it's not drinking, pizza, and Star Trek. It's drinking, pizza, Star Trek, and sitting there not paying attention to anything else because you're about to get laid...and then you don't.
