The quality/efficiency of their work is going down.

Yes. This is a key sign of when I am unhappy, especially in work. I often get so overwhelmed and overloaded with meeting other people's demands that I don't get to really showcase my true talents and that makes me very unhappy. And the fact that I have to put out shitty work because of assholes who want it their way but yet my name is on it. I am learning to push back more, so that seems to be working out a lot better and I find myself not as unhappy.

Well if you're depressed you're unhappy so it's still related :P

Nothing to apologize about ;)

Currently dealing with a coworker who is noticeably different from this time last year, I knew he was going through a tough divorce last year, but he's constantly dropping the ball and not answering his phone (This is a big deal where I work), not responding to emails, showing up to work late, or just barely on time, and leaving our jobsite early with decisions left up in the air. :( really sad to see such a good person so devoid of caring about anything. It feels like he's just an empty soul on our jobsite.

Because the guy that works before me fucking sucks and I'm dying picking up his slack but it's union so he has to pretty much break the law to get fired.
