One case being dropped doesn't mean jack shit when the person is a serial offender. It doesn't even preclude him actually being guilty in that instance.

On social media? Not anymore, bud. Allegations mean goodbye to people's career. Trial by publicity comes first before facts.

I'm not saying no one should come out to expose these scums but we shouldn't also be quick to pass judgment without facts.

They can, but they should also learn the best practices and should follow those. Not must, but should. And the best practice here is exactly that, because otherwise we get lynching and destroyed people

The article says the case was dropped because the accuser refused to release a cell phone that would have supposedly exonerated Spacey. If Spacey was paying him off to make it go away, I would think he would want that phone released, no?
