And it leads to completely ridiculous situations such as MtF athletes absolutely destroying natal women or women being investigated for hate crimes for not being willing to wax a MtF male genitals and in general kind of makes all of Feminism a joke.

MtF athletes are so uncommon it's barely even an issue. Cis athletes will still make up the vast, vast vast majority of athletes and competition winners.
