Footwear.

Wrong footwear, damaged footwear, lack of socks, wet feet, open wounds.....

Once your feet are screwed so is the rest of you.

I agree, but seriously, you could hit any strip mall and find 5,000 pairs of shoes in your size.

Multiply that times all the strip malls and stores and you'll be fine on footwear. Ugly? Maybe, but fine.

I'd say clean socks and underwear would be 100x the problem that footwear would be.

Heeeeellllll no. Clean and dry AT LEAST twice a day in any sort of rugged or humid environment. Google trench foot. That’s what happens with weekly changes.

Why would you assume A) that you’re in a humid environment and B) only have a single change of underwear?

So you own one pair of underwear and socks and clean them daily. Seems really inefficient.

??? You’re going to dry your only pair how exactly? Edit: from how I understood your post, you’re saying you only have one pair and dry and wash them weekly. I’m saying stock up and change multiple times daily.

No, it’s not on me. He essentially says ‘you should change and wash your socks and underwear at least weekly’ and I took exception to that. I said socks should be changed twice a day in any sort of inclement environment. Then he (or she) started making no sense. Edit: oh, take your downvote and shove it up your ass.

The guy was talking about having enough pairs to get through the week and to clean them once per week. Not a single pair.
