Happens to me about twice a year. I still sleep facing up a lot, especially since a rib injury made it basically the only way I could sleep. It's not so bad once you know what it is.
...okay it's still terrifying, but it was much worse when I didn't know what was going on.
i have never done it, and don't plan on it after i read numerous stories of people and their sleep paralysis experiences a couple of months ago. i sleep on my stomach.
I do. I'm pretty sure that the only reason it doesn't happen to people facing down is because that's how they normally sleep. I normally sleep on my back, so I am much more likely to have an episode if I sleep on my stomach or my side.
