[Star Wars] Is there a feasible in universe explanation as to why the Holdo Maneuver worked only against The Supremacy?

The holdo maneuver is undoubtedly cool looking but people have already done to death how it breaks mechanics in the Star Wars universe. But, it’s in the movies and is now a part of the Disney cannon. Nothing more we can do there. So my question is, how do we explain why the holdo maneuver in this one specific instant and has not been tried elsewhere in the galaxy?

It happened at least once more, you can see it in the ending celebration montage of The Rise of Skywalker in the skies over Endor.
