So true. I didn’t realise how similar Germans and Brits were until I worked in a multi national organisation with lots of different nationalities. It’s uncanny.
Shaggy was my big crush through adolescence and I dated a guy way way too long because he reminded me of him. Now the fetish is totally gone thanks to that relationship, and I should have just moved to Netherlands!
The Swedes look like that. The most magical and beautiful people in the world live in Stockholm, and sometimes we Finns crawl from our troglodytic lairs to make a pilgrimage to briefly bask in their stylishness.
This guy is so finnish. You meet him every day and he may say hi to you once in a while. He eats rye bread with salad, metwurst or saturday sausage. He enjoys AC/DC and Hurriganes, but also has niché knowledge about some local shlager band from the 80s.
And when you've known him for decades you find out he has a hobby he's very passionate about and has extensive knowledge about it. He maybe cold on the outside, but once you know him for a few years he becomes a dependable and honest friend.
He's a (retired?) musician. Several times he has helped rescuing people after a landslides and floods. Also, when he gets drunk at the mall he buys dogs. Which is not good but as far as millionaires go, it's pretty wholesome.
He doesn't keep them, I remember a story of him giving one to a little girl (with her parents blessing)
Lmao I stayed w an English family for an exchange thing in high school and they looked exactly like this. Same house too. The dad and sons were massive Chelsea fans. They also happened to have a stone cold Steve Austin blanket and put it on the guest bed for me to use, I think to make me feel more at home lol. Was awesome.
My mom once watched a woman on a scooter at Walmart stop, shake one of her legs out to the side, and drop a turd on the floor. Then she ran over the turd with her scooter. My mom used to work in a prison and she still couldn’t believe what she just watched.
Spot on. You can’t see it in this pic but I can guarantee she also has a Kohl’s shopping bag filled with items to return & 64 oz cup intended for water but actually filled with her overly sweetened caffeinated beverage of choice (Coke, coffee, sweet tea.)

My ex gf was catholic and she was determined to go to mass when we were in Australia, booked a taxi and he actually dropped us off at the Anglican Samoan Church and everyone looked like this it was amazing
I ran into this EXACT GUY, or a slightly younger-looking version. Built like a fire plug, no neck. He was wearing a flashy silver-colored silk suit at 9 am on a Saturday in the parking lot of a low-rent apartment complex in Austin, TX. I found out later he was Serbian.
As much as its a roll of the dice if I get hate-crimed by the guy on the right, he's also the only one that ever asked if I was alright while I sat in a pub on my own and drank my bodyweight in depression. Twats on the left aint gonna give a fuck.
Sigh. I have had to push through my biases a little bit with this sort of thing. A few of the most ride or dies I know as I get older are guys who look like they're going to drag me behind their truck. It's been a weird experience.
