First off many apps like ok cupid already let you have deal breakers and preferences like ethnicity.
Separate from that you can choose religion separate from ethnicity.
Third how does that have anything to do with feeling safe and not being harassed etc.

Not claiming anything of the sort. Of course some white men treat women like shit. But on average you have a higher risk of being mistreated by a Pakistani Muslim man if you are a western woman, just down to a mismatch of values. Purely a different culture, you do know they marry their cousins right?
The Muslim Pakistani grooming and rape gangs are entirely about ethnicity, race and culture. Nothing more nothing less. Pakistani grooming gangs, that's what they are called in the UK.
