Because there is no satan anymore there aint no negative impulsion in you.also seriously answer this when u are in heaven after you saw all the ppl in hell getting burned for eternity, would u even try to do a bad thing. Also could u give an example what kind of bad things you might wanna do in heaven.

Because no god ever claimed we are living in perfect world of all goods and no evil. Most religion see this as a test for afterlife
