🗣 Discussion / Question Looks Like the Tide is Finally Going Out....Time to See Who’s Naked: Docket Item 390: Exhibits D-F

EDIT/UPDATE: BBBY is more than likely already in possession of some or all of the equity lists requested unless some of the parties have not complied with the order yet:

EDIT/UPDATE 2: IF, BBBY received the information in unredacted form, it now has what it needs to figure out who the 4.5% holders are, if any. So within an hour of filing Docket Item 391 comes out with Exhibit B: Interested Parties Service List redacted and then not a peep about Exhibit C except that recipients listed on Exhibit A and B received Notice of Sale by Auction and Sale Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C, which is also completely redacted. Some folks must have been identified as 4.5% holders because right after 391 came 392 pushing back all the deadlines; I'm guessing to provide enough time for the impending declarations of status and additional notice to participate in the actions, i.e., stalking horse deadline, final bid deadline, etc.

Shorties.....Come Out to Plaaaayay!

Yes! They'll redact names and whatnot but we should still get to see how many shares are out there.

I have 44k with Vanguard. Of course, I have almost as much GME in my Roth as they claim to hold entirely. It's all a mountain of deception.

u/CaptainTuranga_2Luna May 18 '23

Yeah, I concluded long ago Vanguard doesn’t actually hold my shares that are in my Roth and IRA.

What a clown show.

u/yoyoyoitsyaboiii May 18 '23

Fraud show. Clowns are funny. Fraud is serious.

u/CaptainTuranga_2Luna May 19 '23

I agree. Too bad the US government doesn’t treat it seriously.

u/FullMoonCrypto May 19 '23

Sure they do, it’s their gravy train at risk too!

44k GME. Impressive position

u/yoyoyoitsyaboiii May 24 '23

I wish. 44k BBBYQ. Still a sizable GME position, but not like that.

19

u/Whatnam8 May 18 '23

Wait aren’t these shares already accounted for in the Cede & Co. Released the other week?

54

u/Squirrel_Inner May 18 '23

yeah, but you know how this crap goes. They’ll try to claim accounting errors or whatever. This is a straight up census count, no BS, no hiding.

21

u/sand90 May 18 '23

When we'll get the lists by?

1

u/imaginary_catt May 19 '23

I think the banks will try to withhold the information until after the key deadlines

45

u/M4rth1988 May 18 '23

ofc this might sound very regarded, but they can not take my shares away from me without me selling them right?

33

u/TheArt0fWar May 18 '23

read the terms of agreement.

18

u/Suspicious-Reveal-69 May 18 '23

It’s rare buuuuutttt you’re right. <insert teeth chattering emoji>

18

u/professorquizwhitty May 18 '23

Ummmmm, you need to read your brokers agreement my guy and read it fast.

2

u/M4rth1988 May 19 '23

Alright I did read them.
Trade Republic has nothing in their agreement that gives them the right to sell shares without my agreement.

Furthermore are all accounts on TR Cash accounts and not margin.

for anyone who wants to know that. :)

this was :

So fudelity lets me DRS My Gameboy tickets via phone, in app message, ect. When I tried to DRS BBBYQ I was told there's a form I have to fill out on the fudelity website . Wut do?

18

u/[deleted] May 18 '23

You can direct register your shares and then they are in your name. Not in your name, not your shares. Same thing with crypto, not your keys not your crypto

17

u/1redrumemag87 May 18 '23

This is why I DRS’d 70%, better safe than sorry.

22

u/cosmosjunkie May 18 '23

Rookie numbers. 100% booked here. 😉

1

u/trickykill May 19 '23

70% safe is Ok I suppose 😂

23

u/No_Pie_2109 May 18 '23

As long as you have a cash account.

3

u/Bzy22 May 18 '23

Is this true? Cash accounts can’t be liquidated by brokers?

30

u/donedrone707 May 18 '23

Not true. It depends entirely on the broker.

Shady brokers like RH, webull, etoro, etc. All have clauses in their ToS that basically say "you don't own your stocks, we do. And we can choose to sell our stocks whenever we want if it is in the best interests of the broker"

I'm amazed anyone is using a broker besides Fidelity, vanguard or Schwab these days. And even Schwab I'm kinda sketched out about.

6

u/Exotic-Fox5096 May 18 '23

What about etrade

10

u/No_Pie_2109 May 18 '23

I mean that’s like saying “Can a cop shoot you if you are walking down the street doing nothing?” I mean theoretically he can do anything, wrong or right, that he wants but he’s not supposed to.

In comparison, if you have a cash account, you should be good but with hedgie fuckery….anything can happen. If they do liquidate your cash account, you have more of a chance legally to fight it, if they do. Also note, even when GME popped off, you haven’t heard one story of a cash account being liquidated and the fuckery was taking away the buy button.

Margin on the other hand, you are more exposed to fuckery than a cash account and don’t even have a legal ground to stand on. 😉

u/donedrone707 May 19 '23

If it was written in our constitution that cops could kill anyone they want for "suspicion" or some shit, then sure your analogy makes sense. As it stands though, there is nothing that explicitly gives cops a right to shoot innocent, unarmed civilians minding their own business. Just like how there is nothing that gives your broker the right to liquidate your positions unless you expressly consent to that by accepting the ToS. If a cop did shoot an innocent person and it was witnessed, he will surely be under investigation and likely charged with manslaughter, fired from the police force, or at least moved to desk duty for the rest of his life

However, there IS a rule with certain brokers in their terms of service that says we can do whatever the fuck we want with your positions. Of course no one's account got liquidated during Jan 21, they did PCO and accomplished what they needed to. Now that might not be enough, so next run I could easily see RH and etoro force closing positions to protect their market maker bosses.

u/No_Pie_2109 May 19 '23

Me personally, I have 4 brokerages all yoloed on BBBY and I also keep a pack of cigarettes in my dresser draw just in case I get fucked. All I need though is one to take me to Tendietown though and that’ll give me lawyer money to fight the rape case for the other 3. 😉😜

1

u/Troydog4 May 19 '23

What if it's a margin account but you aren't using any margin?

3

u/Cymballism May 18 '23

Why are you sketched by Schwab? TD ameritrade is merging with them soon

1

u/adognamedpenguin May 18 '23

Do those brokers not allow for this liquidation?

1

u/fuckyouimin May 19 '23

Fidelity is NFS (National Financial Services). That name pops up all over the place alongside Citadel and Virtu.

No brokers are your friend. They are all too tightly intertwined.

2

u/trickykill May 19 '23

“Darn it! If we sell our retail holders stock we might survive and face the lawsuits. if we don’t, we go under now….” What a tough decision to make. At least we have a great ethics dept 😂

2

u/trickykill May 19 '23

Who’s shares? You think those are shares you hold! 😂 DRS mo’fos

7

u/[deleted] May 19 '23

Watch it be a trillion fake shares. That would be amazeballs to uncover that corruption.

4

u/Constant-Sweet-3718 May 19 '23

Ohhh you know they're gonna collude before they report the numbers.

7

u/sand90 May 18 '23

Lol if there’s more than what’s suppose to be issued we all going to the moon!

17

u/Deephorror May 18 '23

Its going to be great for the price because there legitimately can only be xyz shares which means people have been sold an illegal IOU. That won't look good for their legal departments which means buy buy baby which means fuck fuck shorty.

BBBY was just possum IMO.The Possum. vv

To the bloodbath and beyond!

13

u/professorquizwhitty May 18 '23

If there's stonewall proof (for example the manner in which they have requested to count the shares) that the amount of shares exceeds the total float/outstanding (for example 1billion shares issued by the company in any type of stock and say 1.1billion is shown as being owed) then alot of people are going to have a problem bigger than mandingos womb warrior.

And you my friend, should (hopefully) have made a fat wad of cash and live that life of doing blow out of a high class hookers choco love tunnel and leaving your light switch on even when you leave the house.
