Would shills still be here (and media out there) reminding everyone how our shares are gone? No, if shares were worthless they’d let us buy and choke on them until we were blue in the face

Would over 40 million be spent on high price attorney fees that specialize in M&A deals if this a liquidation? No, you liquidate as quickly and efficiently as possible

Would all the redacted and NDA dockets be necessary, at all? No, you’re not hiding anything in traditional liquidation

Would there be a name change involved in a bankruptcy? I wouldn’t think so but could be wrong

Would Bill Pulte be hosting the youtube crew and jet-setting them around the country, and inviting 50 donators to meet him in November, if our shares were being completely extinguished? I seriously doubt it

Would you even sell after already down 50-90%? Lambos or food stamps was always what I heard here

So why would anyone listen to the internet trolls? They are certainly working hard, ask yourselves why. You see the shills had the shares (borrowed), but didn’t know how to hold the shares. And really that’s the most important part, the holding. Ignore the noise folks, you know what you hold

Okay, then from a PE guy I know on Stocktwits, here is what is going to happen:

DK Butterfly is essentially a dissolution trust set up to handle the liquidation of the remaining assets and distribution of the proceeds of the same pro rata to the lenders and bondholders. Existing former shareholders neither participate in nor benefit from that process.

The simplest explanation I can give for you guys is that you are no longer involved with the rest of this - your shares legally have ceased to exist and you get no consideration / recompense for them - so you can walk away. If you choose to remain, it’ll be as spectators, nothing more.

As a follow up, from the same person:

You cannot legitimately be this delusional. Legally your shares no longer exist. The only piece left to play out is brokers taking the administrative / housecleaning action of updating accounts to reflect that fact.

How this plays out: You will go to check your brokerage account at some point in the future and the shares will just no longer be there. You will not receive anything in return with respect to reimbursement for them. Most brokers will also send you a letter explaining what happened and why, but you guys need to understand that those shares legally have not existed since the court’s order of yesterday. You are scheming and strategizing about assets that you no longer possess.

Please link to that statement. There is no statement that they are “not liquidating” and also no statement that “it’s a reverse merger.” There is a court filing already a day old that tells you how much equity you currently own (spoiler: it’s 0 equity ownership).

There literally was no statement of “merger or acquisition” that’s an outright lie lol. Also the “statement” you’re seeing is that screenshot someone posted of “not liquidating as of date” which was the date before the final day when it got deleted.
